- Renovations are conducted with minimal disturbance to maintain a peaceful resort ambiance.
- Rooms closest to construction are taken out of service to reduce noise and foot traffic near guest areas.

- The Spa at LionsDive and The Gym at LionsDive are fully operational during the project.
- Enjoy three outdoor pools plus a dedicated children’s pool, with complimentary cabanas, sun loungers, and pool umbrellas. Pool hours: 8:00 AM–7:30 PM.
- Private beach comforts include complimentary beach cabanas, free beach towels, and beach massages steps from the water.
- Dining continues across four on-site restaurants: Hemingway Beach Bar & Restaurant, Chill, Nemo (sushi and Japanese dishes), and Piazza (Italian by the pool).
- Ocean Encounters operates our on-site dive center for guided dives and snorkeling. Water-sports equipment is available, and the team can organize boat tours from the on-site marina.

The Oceanview Deluxe wing and new suites
We’re adding 24 Oceanview Deluxe rooms and 4 additional 1-bedroom suites to expand choices along the shoreline. These complement our lineup of guest-favorite accommodations, including Resort View Rooms, Ocean View Rooms, Ocean View Deluxe, Oceanfront Rooms, Beachfront Cabanas, the Lions 2-Bedroom Apartment, the Oceanview 1-Bedroom Suite, the Oceanfront 2-Bedroom Suite, and the Lions Penthouse.
